Event Details

Hofstede was one of the World's leading culture researchers. According to him all societies face a number of universal questions. The answers differ between one society to the other. It is these answers that define cultures, differentiated by geographical borders.

In this session, we shall introduce the audience to Hofstede's 6 cultural dimensions and how it impacts today's global workplaces. In addition, we will also introduce the audience to Culture in Workplace Assessment and associated dashboards and reports that can help individuals build self awareness about their own cultural preferences and also understand more about the cultures that they work with.

On understanding their own cultural preferences and the cultures that they work with, the number of conflicts can be minimized and the influencing abilities of individuals go up significantly, thereby increasing the overall productivity and performance of the organization.
