ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice is excited to invite you to a Masterclass on "Positioning Systemic Team Coaching: The Opportunities/The Challenges" facilitated by Ramesh Sreedharan on November 11th 2024 from 5pm IST to 6:30 pm IST


Brief Description of the Masterclass

Given that Systemic Team coaching is being spoken about a lot in various forums, the market understands and appreciates the impact that systemic team coaching can have.


However, the biggest challenge for practitioners is to actually identify possible opportunities and even more so, to convert them into a team coaching engagement. This masterclass seeks to explore, through active participation of the audience, as to why this remains a challenge and what options are available to practitioners to convert opportunities into a business.


Key Learning Objectives

  • -Understand what could be opportunities that could lend itself to being positioned as a systemic team coaching engagement
  • -Appreciate the reality that converting opportunities remains a challenge. In doing so, identify and debate various approaches that could be used to convert possibilities to business.
  • -Explore how some of the ICF Team coaching competencies could be an enabler to this process of conversion.


This session provides 0.75 CCEUs and 0.75 RD units.

    Ramesh enjoys working with people and followed his passion by becoming a full time Leadership Coach and Facilitator after a 30 year corporate career in senior leadership roles. He is accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and also an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Ramesh has over 3500 hours of Coaching experience having worked with over 300 leaders and their teams since he started this journey 10 years ago and is also a certified Coach Supervisor. Apart from Coaching, Ramesh runs various leadership development programs through his organization, Orenda Centre for Leadership Excellence, with the firm belief that inner wisdom guides every individual in his/her journey and the role of a facilitator or coach is to help the individual reflect and derive their own insights. As a mentor coach, Ramesh partners with Coacharya to train aspiring coaches towards their L1, L2 and ACTC credentials with ICF.
