Brief Description about the Masterclass
Google's Project Aristotle identified Psychological Safety as the top factor contributing to successful teams. This landmark research highlighted that teams where members feel safe to take risks, voice their opinions, and be their authentic selves are more innovative and productive.
The masterclass "Fostering Psychological Safety with a Solution Focus" is designed to equip coaches, leaders, and team members with strategies to create a safe and supportive work environment. It emphasizes the importance of psychological safety, a concept crucial for fostering innovation, collaboration, and high performance in teams. The course explores the four levels of psychological safety:
- Inclusion Safety: Ensuring all team members feel accepted and valued.
- Learner Safety: Encouraging questions and the sharing of ideas without fear of ridicule.
- Contributor Safety: Allowing team members to actively participate and contribute their skills and knowledge.
- Challenger Safety: Empowering team members to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements.
Using the Solution Focus approach, participants will learn practical tools and techniques to nurture these safety levels within their teams. This approach focuses on building on existing strengths and finding positive solutions, fostering a culture where Psychological Safety thrives and teams can achieve their full potential.
