Masterclass Description

There are theories, models, books, courses and so much more on team coaching. And you may be on top of your game on most occasions. But what can you do when the going gets tough?

Here is a session curated for team coaches to examine some of the less than perfect moments in their team coaching. What can go wrong in a team coaching assignment? What to do about your own anxieties and the pressures to deliver value? Can the chemistry between co coaches make or mar an engagement? What should we watch out for in team coaching?

    Founder, OD Mantra - Coach, OD Practitioner and Leadership Educator of OD Mantra

    Latha Emmatty Gupta is a former corporate executive who founded and led large teams globally. She brings a good blend of experience in coaching executives and leadership teams. She has been both an internal and external team coach. She has also trained hundreds of yoga and meditation teachers around the world and loves to blend these powerful ancient practices into her coaching practise. She lives in Pune, volunteers extensively with ICF globally and is an avid reader, gardener and volunteer. She serves on the board of the global nonprofit, Enabling Leadership.
