Brief Description about the Masterclass

Participants will deepen their understanding of Team Coaching Competencies and receive simple and effective tips on how to use transactional analysis in team coaching to make their sessions more effective.

Key Learning Objectives:-

1. How they can use TA in a team coaching session.(CC 2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

2. What TA roles does the coach need to demonstrate during the session to enhance awareness in the team?(CC 7)

3. What TA roles need to be evoked in the team to make the team coaching session effective, and how can this be done? (CC 6, CC 3, CC8)

4. How TA helps the coach to be aware of dynamics during the session.(CC 2)

5. What does it mean to be present in the session from the perspective of Transactional Analysis? (CC 5)

This masterclass entails 0.75 CC and 0.75 RD respectively.
